Danny Wayne Henderson

Danny Wayne Henderson, 62, of Houston, Alabama, entered into rest on February 27, 2019 at Lakeland Community Hospital in Haleyville, Alabama.

Danny was born on April 7, 1956, in Winston County, Alabama. He attended Addison High School and was a forklift driver.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at 2pm at Poplar Springs Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery in Poplar Springs Community. Brother Joshua Allison will officiate.

Danny is survived by his wife of 42 years, Lisa Hunter Henderson; daughters, Lynne Henderson Cottrell and her husband Stephen, Barbara A. Henderson; brother, J.W. Henderson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Barbara Hunter. He was known as “Papa” to his grandchild, Aurora Lynne Cottrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louie F. and Gertie L. Henderson; brothers, Dallas Henderson, and Edward Henderson.
