William "Ronnie" Ronald Hendon

William Ronald “Ronnie” Hendon, 73 of Arley, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Ronnie was born on October 12, 1947 in West Palm Beach, Florida to William Elber and Rutha Mae Holt Hendon. Ronnie loved hunting, fishing, camping and grilling. He loved football, especially Alabama football. He loved watching Nascar seeing Bill Elliott and the Earnhardts racing.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 from 12-2pm at Bethel Baptist Church No. 2 where services will follow at 2pm. Brother Mike Tidwell will officiate. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery.

Ronnie is survived by his wife, Annie Bell Hendon; daughter, Liz (Mark) Brannon; son, Bart Hendon; grandchildren, Lucas (Courtney) Anders, Landon Anders, Lexi Anders, Heather Phillips, Sabrina Phillips, Hannah Hendon; great grandchildren, Knox, Samantha, Makenzie, Makayla; sister, Gayla Rudd, and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ebb and Rutha Mae Hendon; infant daughter, Donna Ann Hendon; brother-in-law, Freddie Rudd.
