Wanda Noleca Cook

Wanda Noleca Cook of Arley passed away June 19, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born November 22, 1931, in Jasper, Alabama. Wanda enjoyed life and loved her family. She was dearly loved by her family and all her friends and she will be greatly missed.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Arley First Baptist Church Cemetery where the burial will follow.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Reta (Charlie) Gunter; brother, Larry(Dean) Neal; grandson’s, Nick Gunter, Cliff (Dana) Cook, and Todd (Janet) Cook; great grandchildren, Kloie and Addie Cook, Caleigh (Ryan) Harris, Ava and Jadon Cook; daughter-in-law, Debbie Cook; nephew, Jason Neal; and she will be leaving behind her special fur companion, Buddy, that she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Grace Neal; husband, Lawrence Cook; son, Mitchel Cook; and grandson, Matt Cook.
