Tommy M. "Buddy" Estes

Tommy M. “Buddy” Estes, 82, of Arley entered into rest on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

Mr. Estes was born July 8, 1938 in Walker County, Alabama.  Buddy graduated in the Class of 1956 of Curry High School and was a proud member of the Winston County Republican Party.  He loved to play golf and loved his golfing buddies.    

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Buddy is survived by his wife, Bonnie Neal Estes; brother, Jack Estes and his wife, Joyce; sisters, Emma Lee Brown and Sarah Umphrey and a host of other family members and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cranford and Pearl Lane Estes; brothers, George Estes, James Estes, Richard Estes, Homer Estes, Benjamin Estes and Bobby Estes and sisters, Adele Lay, Mary Miller, Dorothy Atkins and Maxine Gammon.
