Thomas Charles Powrzanas

Thomas Charles "Tom" Powrzanas, 81 of Jasper, entered into rest on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Tom was born on September 18, 1938 in Ensley, Alabama. He proudly served his country for four years in the United States Navy. He worked in health care for many years as a maintenance supervisor for nursing homes.

No services are planned at this time.

Tom is survived by his son, Tony Powrzanas; daughter, Brenda Boyd; grandchildren, Janice Johnson, Derek Boyd, Katie Powrzanas, Megan Corsaut and David "Kerr" Corsaut; brother, Milta Powrzanas; and sisters, Marie Broughton and Sandra Long.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Lovie Powrzanas; son, David Lee Corsaut; brothers, John and James Powrzanas; and sisters, Helen Allen and Irene Brown.
