Teresa Renzee Benefield

Teresa Renzee (Terri) Benefield, age 61 of Haleyville, passed away Monday, May 6, 2024 at her residence.

She was born October 10, 1962 to Nina Irene Sims. Terri was a loving person, she never had any children of her own, but was a mother to anyone who needed it. Terri was a hard worker and a wonderful wife and friend. 

Visitation will be Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Nichols Funeral Homes in Haleyville from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. where services will be Friday at 2:00p.m. Burial will be at New Hope Cemetery. 

Terri is survived by her husband of 45 years, Jeff Benefield; brothers, Bruce (Kelly) Bilaskurski, and Tom (Vera) Heuring; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Nina Irene Sims.
