Tami Jo Cheney

Tami Jo Cheney, 42 of Arley, entered into rest on Tuesday, June 15, 2021 at her home.

Tami was born on August 24, 1978 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a loving wife, daughter and sister, a was a Momma’s girl. She was a very funny person, who had a wonderful sense of humor. She enjoyed watching movies, playing bingo, fishing and Alabama football. Tami loved dogs, especially her babies: Scooby, Loki and Ed. She will be missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 21, 2021 from 2:30 to 5pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison.

Tami is survived by her husband, Jason Cheney; brother, Dennis Lyle and his wife Amy; sister, Christy Melcher; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Patsy Lyle; and grandparents, Paul and Lucy Jones, and Henry and Bessie Lyle.
