Ruby Mae Ergle

Ruby Mae Ergle, 80 of Jasper, entered into rest on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center in Jasper.

Ruby was born on January 23, 1940 in Rosehill, Tennessee. She loved to read and travel, but most of all, she loved her family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 4. 2020 from 12-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be at 2pm. Brother Danny Page will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill No. 2 Baptist Church Cemetery in Double Springs

Ruby is survived by her son, Jerry Ergle and his wife Jan; daughters, Christal Turner and her husband Jeremy, Bettina Ward and Dianna Ergle; sister, Mary Wimmer; 9 grandchildren, Alicia Walden, Angelia Williams, Izabella Ergle, Ashley Hamrick, Blake Vandiver, Michael Ward, Scott Ward, Jeannie Reeves and Joey Cornelius; and 12 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Ergle; parents, John and Mary Long; brothers, Wayne, Winston, Ed and Cecil Long; and sister, Mildred Whitaker.
