Ronnie James Boyd

Ronnie James Boyd, 71, of Addison entered into rest on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Boyd was born April 9, 1949 in Detroit, Michigan.  Ronnie loved to play cards and watch The Price Is Right.  He enjoyed reading his Bible and western novels.  He also enjoyed fishing when he was younger.  His favorite meal was a hamburger, onion rings, salad and a Diet Pepsi.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 from 10am-11am at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where the service will begin at 11am. Brother Mike Tidwell will officiate.  Burial will follow in Nesmith Community Cemetery.

Ronnie is survived by his siblings, Patricia (Bob) Pickle, Roy (Hope) Boyd, Jeff (Debby) Boyd, Roger (Janis) Boyd, Gloria (Eric) Eason and Chris Boyd and 8 nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Boyd; mother, Julia Boyd Ward and two nephews, Ryan Pickle and Derek Boyd.
