Robin “Rob” Keith Noblett, 61, died at his residence April 24, 2024. He was born in Aiken, SC to William Carlton and Gerry Ellenburg Noblett on August 28, 1962. Robin lived and worked in Winston County his entire life. He attended Double Springs Elementary School and Winston County High School. As a skilled rock mason and landscaping caretaker, he played a vital role in the beautification of his hometown. Robin's commitment and passion for his work were evidenced by the many accolades and awards he received throughout his career-- in particular, the Town Beautification Award presented by the Double Springs Study Club.
