Raymond Jaye Rampley

Raymond Jaye Rampley, 77, of Double Springs entered into rest on Monday, December 16, 2019 at his residence. Raymond was born April 27, 1942 in Rome, Georgia. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 12pm-2pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 2pm. Burial will follow in Houston Community Cemetery. Brother Bobby Smith and Brother Darrel Chamblis will officiate. Raymond is survived by his wife, Loaine Rampley; sons, Jaye (Melinda) Rampley, Ray (Felecia) Rampley, Steve (Susie) Rampley, Kim (Tammy) Miller, Tim (Rhonda) Miller and Ronnie Walley; daughters, Wanda (Thomas) Curtis and Jessica (Larry) Bowens; sister, Barbara McElwaney; brother, Ralph (B.J.) Rampley; 15 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Louise Jones; dad, Sampy Jones; father, Zack Rampley; brother, Ben Rampley; sisters, Mary Rampley, Ethel Middlebrooks and Syvle Smith and great granddaughter, Zoey Rayes.
