Patricia Patterson Miller

Patricia Patterson Miller, of Canton, passed away October 22, 2022. Loving wife of William S. Miller Sr, for 53 beautiful years. Cherished mom of William Miller Jr. (Shannon), and Jennifer (Robert) Gammons. Proud grandma of William Miller III, Abigail Gammons, Emily Miller, Logan Gammons, Caitlin Miller, and Madison Gammons. Dear sister of Shelby (the late Tommy) Parker, Elizabeth Patterson, Buddy (Faye) Patterson, Barbara (Larry Sr.) Allred, and Larry Patterson. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and other loving family members. She is preceded in death by her parents, Ervin G.W. and Dorothy Patterson; and her sister Sharon Dill. Patricia was born in Alabama and moved to Michigan. She loved to cook, it would bring her family together and no one left hungry. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandma. She loved her family, especially all of her grandbabies. She proudly attended Woodhaven Free Will Baptist Church. Visitation will take place Tuesday October 25th, at The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes – Allen Park Chapel, from 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm. A funeral service will take place at 6:30 pm. A second visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, October 28, 2022, at New Home Missionary Baptist Church in Moreland, AL. with funeral services to be held at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow in the adjourning cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made in honor of Patricia to Woodhaven Free Will Baptist Church or St. Jude Children Research Hospital.
