Martha Carolyn Echols

Martha Carolyn Echols, 75 of Cullman, formerly of Sardis Community, passed away on May 25, 2019 surrounded by her family.

She was born on September 1, 1943 in Winston County. Martha was a member of Sardis #2 Baptist Church for 50 years.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 27, 2019 from 12-2pm at Sardis #2 Baptist Church where service will be held at 2:00pm. Brother Donnie Carroll and Brother Mike Tidwell will officiate.  Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.

She is survived by her daughters, Kelly Echols and Mitzi Quick and her husband Jimmy; brother, Ronnie Seymore and his wife Amy; sisters, Linda Carroll and her husband Donnie and Debbie Tidwell and her husband Mike; she was grandma to 9 grandchildren, Drew Frazier, Hillary (Kevin) Calma, Brooke Frazier, Bo (Courtney) Frazier, Blake Bartlett, Sarah (Daniel) Merkl, Hope Bartlett, Hannah Bartlett and Meagan Quick; and 7 great grandchildren, Maddie Calma, Ava Schafer, Addison Schafer, Maverick Calma, Lucca Calma, Jeremiah Frazier and Elijah Frazier.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Keith Echols; parents, Lomax and Helen Seymore; son, Mike Echols; daughter, Amanda Bartlett; and sister, Gearldine Long.

Pallbearers will be Drew Frazier, Bo Frazier, Blake Bartlett, Kevin Calma, Daniel Merkl and Jim Quick.
