Marolyn Jill Frost

Marolyn “Jill” Frost, age 67 of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away on June 24, 2021, surrounded by her loving family at St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Mrs. Frost was born on January 22, 1954 in Haleyville, Alabama, to Clarence and Virginia “Jimmy” Courington. Jill was married to David Frost on August 19, 1972 and they were married for 48 years.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 26, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where the service will be held on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. . Brother Jeff Mobley and Brother Gary Wakefield will officiate. Burial will be at King School House Cemetery in Haleyville, Alabama.

Jill is survived by her husband, David L. Frost; daughter, Jenny Donaldson (Lynn); grandchildren, Logan Donaldson and Elle Donaldson; brother, Scotty Courington; sister, Annette Dodd (Jimmy); nephews, Jacob Courington, Chris Frost (Tabitha), Gordon Frost (Susan); mother-in-law, Marie Frost; brothers-in-law, Dan Frost (Kathy), Robert Frost (Sonya), and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Virginia “Jimmy” Courington; her father-in-law, Robert Frost, and her beloved nephew Matthew Frost.
