Joshua Hampton

Joshua “Josh” Wayne Hampton, 46, of Danville, Alabama entered into rest on March 28, 2021 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Josh was born on August 5, 1974 in Jasper, Alabama and had a very humble and loving personality. He enjoyed working with wood and loved his family very much. He was a good husband and father and a very sweet son.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 1, 2021 from 11:30pm-1pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison, where services will be held at 1pm. Brother Kenny Sudduth will officiate. Burial will follow in Andrews Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery in Danville, Alabama.

Josh is survived by his wife, Shannon Hampton; children: Ashley, Chase and Jesse; three grandchildren; his father, Jerry Hampton; his mother, Martha Knight (Eddie); a brother, Matt Hampton (Katie); two nephews; and a host of friends and family.

He was preceded in death by an infant brother and sister and his grandparents, Moline & Brackin Hampton and Jody & Evie Wilkins.
