John Anthony Dickerson

John "Anthony" Dickerson, 65 of Houston, entered into rest on Thursday, April 30, 2020 at his home.

Anthony was born on December 15, 1954 in Haleyville. He was a graduate of Addison High School. He loved to garden, both vegetable and flowers, and he was an avid Alabama fan.

Per State and Federal guidelines, a private service will be held. Burial will be in Houston Congregational Cemetery.

Anthony is survived by his daughter, Dana Dickerson; sister, Stephanie Wilkins and her husband Dewayne; nephews, Scottie Wilkins and his wife Jodie, and Shannon Wilkins and his wife Megan; great nephews, Easton Wilkins and Brodie Roberts; great niece, Gracie Roberts; and special friend, Hazel Mae.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John O. Dickerson and Elsie Dickerson; and brother, Terry Dale Dickerson.
