John Cade Clark, Jr.

John Cade Clark, Jr., 76 , of Addison entered into rest on Friday, June 19, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. John was born June 5, 1944 in Waverly, Georgia. John loved his family, hunting, fishing and working in his vegetable garden. He enjoyed working and was a brick mason for over 60 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 11:00am at Horse Stamp Cemetery in Waverly, Georgia. A memorial service will be held in Addison at a later date. John is survived by his wife, Jana Clark; daughters, Patricia Clark Brantley and Sandy Clark Blount; son, Richard Jay Clark; grandsons, Christopher Brantley, Alexander Schinzel, Cody Brantley and Drew Blount; great granddaughters, Braelyn Blount and Timber Blount; and sisters, Hazel Whitehead, Frances Miller and /Arlene Hatten. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Cade Clark, Sr. and Eliza Clark; sister, Margie C. Prefontaine and brother, James E. "Skip" Clark.
