Gwindolyn Yvonne Burleson

Gwindolyn Yvonne Sullens Burleson, 85 of Satsuma, Alabama, passed away on  September 6, 2021.  She was born on December 25, 1935 in Hamilton, Alabama to the late Grover Sullens and Ethel Sullens.   She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Johnie B. Burleson; four brothers and three sisters.

Gwindolyn is survived by her daughter, Paulette Burleson Cooper (John Green); grandson, John Morgan Cooper (Kelley); granddaughter, Leah Cooper Rodgers Burch (Charles); great grandchildren, Blakley Rodgers (Emily),  Brandon Rodgers and Jaxon Parker; great great granddaughter, Tinsley Rogers; great great grandson,  Brooks Rodgers and a host of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 11:00am at Winston Memorial Cemetery in Haleyville, Alabama.  Brother John Green will officiate.
