Edna Lee Box Hill

Edna Lee Box Hill, age 90 of Hanceville, formerly of Addison, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024 at Hanceville Nursing Home and Rehabilitation center.

She was born September 9, 1933 to Wesley and Pearl Box.

A private graveside service will be held at Pine Torch Cemetery in Moulton, Alabama (Bankhead Forest).

Edna is survived by her daughters, Barbara Hill (Kelly) Elliott and Charlotte Hill (Terry) Edwards; grandchildren, Justin (Lacey) Hill, Daniel Hill, Stephanie Elliott (Allen) George, Zachary (Brittany) Elliott, Elizabeth Edwards (Will) Eddleman, and Stephen (Rachel) Edwards; ten great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wesley Allen Box and Pearl King Box; husband, Eugene Hill; son, Keith Hill; sisters, Era Box and Edith Box Sellers; and brothers, Charlie Box, George Box, Luther Box, Thurlow “Red” Box, Allen King, and Perry Jackson Box.
