Doris Marie Wilson

Doris Marie Wilson, 83 of Addison, entered into rest on Friday, July 3, 2020 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

Doris was born on October 15, 1936 in Jasper, Alabama. Doris was an amazing Christian woman who was consistent with her belief in God. She attended Mt. Vernon Baptist Church for many years, and also Addison Church of God. She was a kind, loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved her family with an unconditional love.

Doris is survived by her husband, Thomas J. "T.J." Wilson; daughter, Faye Wilson; grandsons, Jeff Cornelius and his wife Kelly, and Tommy Ferster and his wife Amy; granddaughter, Melissa Wilson Stanfield and her husband Luke, and Shanna Wilson; great grandsons, Chase and Blaze Cornelius, Nathan, William and Thomas Ferster, Christian and Xander Bonelli; great granddaughter, Serenity Poe; brother, Bobby Uptain and his wife Nila; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, James Wilson.
