David is survived by his daughter, Christina (James) Gillentine; son, Christopher (Shelby) Duval; son, David Duval Jr.; daughter, Michelle Duval; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by the parents, Paul Duval and Dorothy Booth.
