Danny "Tooter" Wayne Vickery

Danny “Tooter” Wayne Vickery, 59 of Double Springs, passed away October 16, 2023, at Grandview Medical Center.

He was born January 5, 1964, in Haleyville, Alabama. Danny loved to hunt and fish.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at his home, 1880 County Road 89 in Double Springs, Alabama. A Funeral Service will be on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at 2:00pm at Fairview Baptist Church in Double Springs where the burial will follow at the adjoining cemetery. Brother Ronnie Melvin will officiate.

Danny is survived by his father, Logan Gene Vickery; sisters, Carolyn Vickery (Mike) Naylor and Kimberly Vickery; and brothers, Buck Vickery and Mark (Sheila) Vickery; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Guttery Vickery; brothers, Harold Gene Vickery and Roger Dale Vickery; and sister, Mary Jean Vickery.
