Danny Eugene Mays

Danny Eugene Mays, 62, of Haleyville entered into rest on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at Walker Baptist Medical Center.

Mr. Mays was born November 3, 1958 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Danny was a proud member of the Haleyville Masonic Lodge, and a good husband and father. He loved being outdoors and spending time with his grandkids

A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where a memorial service will be held at 2:00pm.  Brother Ricky White will officiate.

Danny is survived by his wife, Delinda Mays; children, David Morgan, Stacy Morgan, Dylan Mays, and Danielle Hall; sister, Sandra Williams; and 9 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Ella Faye Mays; and daughter, Delilah Smith.
