Cranford B. Moody

Cranford B. Moody, age 90 of Double Springs, entered into rest on Friday, December 25, 2020 at his residence. Mr. Moody was born on February 8, 1930 in Winston County. He graduated from Winston County High School in 1948. Mr. Moody retired from BorgWarner Automotive in Muncie, Indiana with 38 years service. He served his country in the United States Army from 1950 to 1952. He was preceded in death by his wife, Olene Cockrell Moody; his parents, Ben and Rosa Cole Moody; eight brothers; and three sisters. He is survived by his loving family of nieces, nephews, and friends. Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 28, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Fairview Cemetery in Double Springs. Brother Bill Frank Wilson will officiate.
