Christopher James "Chris" Carden

Christopher James "Chris" Carden, 49, of Arley entered into rest on Monday, September 23, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Carden was born November 22, 1969. Chris enjoyed dirt track racing, hunting and Alabama football.  His favorite Saturday night saying was "Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner". Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 6-8pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. The funeral service will be Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 2pm at Nichols Funeral Home.   Burial will follow in New Mt. Zion Cemetery. Chris is survived by his wife of 19 years, Donna Rose Carden; son, Jacob Carden; daughters, Haley (Andy Ball) Carden, Sabrina (Jeff) Phillips and Heather (Jason) Phillips; brother, Michael (Beverly) Carden; sisters, Pam (Eric) Sullins, Becky (Rodney) Russell and Lisa Wise; he was PawPaw to eight grandchildren, Bryan Phillips, Makenzie Phillips, Makayla Phillips, Cooper Carden, Samantha Phillips, Jordan Phillips, Ethan Phillips, Hannah Phillips and one granddaughter on the way. He was preceded in death by his father, James Wesley Carden and mother, Iva Jean Carden.
