Cecilia Marie Nichols Nordyke

Cecilia Marie Nichols Nordyke, 56 of Addison, passed away on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Walker Baptist Medical Center. She was born on October 15, 1965 in Tuscaloosa, and grew up to become a loving caring wife, partner, mother and grandmother. Cecilia is survived by her husband, Benjamin Thomas Nordyke, III; son(grandson) Skyler Ray Nordyke, close friend and partner, Leslie Plunkett of Addison, Al.; daughter, Nicole Dawn (Sky) Collier; grandson, Dexter Logan Collier; granddaughter, Amora Marie Collier of Cullman, Al.; mother, Glenda Hicks; sisters, Angela (Gary) Richardson, Stephania (Fran) Viselli, Dawn (Shannon) Sellers of Northport, Al., Tomi Sue (Wayne) Padgett of Indiana; brother Russell (Lynn) Harkins of Nashville, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy E. Bannerman. The family has selected cremation with no other arrangements at this time.
