Boyd Jay Ganger, Jr.

Boyd Jay Ganger, Jr., age 39, born on January 21, 1982 in Troy, Ohio, and residing in Ozark, Alabama until his death on Sunday, August 29, 2021. He was a current member at Harvest Church. From a young child all the way through his life, he had a nickname “Bug”. He was a good man with a kind, warm, and giving heart. He was fun loving and goofy, always cracking jokes and making fun. He loved his children, and his nieces and nephews adored him.

A celebration of life will be held at Living Faith Pentecostal Church of God, 2060 County Road 19, Haleyville, Alabama 35565 on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at 10am.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Ganger; seven children, Fern Ganger, Donnavan Ganger, Jaxen Ganger, Kyyeleigh Ganger, Nataleigh Ganger, Austin Mays and Alaina Mays; father, Boyd Jay Ganger, Sr.; grandparents, Richard and Nina Shoe; siblings, Lisa (Phillip) Lucas, Jennifer (Jeremiah) Desiderio, and Travis (Chelsea) Ganger; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Kathy Ganger; son, Jaycob Ganger; paternal grandparents, John and Loretta
