Betty Jo Sapp

Betty Jo Sapp, age 79, of Haleyville, Alabama, passed away Monday, November 7, 2022 at Northwest Medical Center in Winfield. Betty was born on December 16, 1942 in Alabama to Fredrick Patrick Dooley and James Ethel Borden Dooley. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Posey Mill Cemetery, in Franklin County. Betty is survived by her daughter, Shirley Camp; sons, David Sapp and wife Linda and Ray Sapp and wife Melanie; grandchildren, Amy Standridge and husband Dwayne, Christopher Camp, Crystal Butcher and husband David, Melissa Speigner and husband Vic, Briona Glenn, Ashley Sapp, and Steven Sapp; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buford Sapp; parents Fredrick Patrick Dooley and James Ethel Borden Dooley; granddaughter, Kayla Sanford; brother, Billy “Pat” Dooley; and sister, Dorothy Cummings.
