Betty Jean Dickinson

Betty Jean Dickinson, age 81, of Haleyville, passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2020. She was born on November 10, 1938 in Lynn, Alabama to George and Rose Kelly.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville, where services will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Winston Memorial Cemetery. Brother Gary Wakefield will officiate.

Betty is survived by her husband, Windol Dickinson; sons, Michael (Cyndi) Dickinson and Jeff Dickinson; grandsons, Micah (Jennifer) Dickinson and Chad (Cindy) Dickinson; and great grandchildren, Will Dickinson, Abi Dickinson, Bella Dickinson, Cannan Dickinson, Braden Dickinson, and Callum Dickinson.

She was preceded in death by her father, George Kelly; mother, Isabella Kelly; brothers, Lester Kelly, Vester Kelly, Bud Kelly and Odie Kelly; sisters, Vera Ward, Marie Cockrell, Bertie Cockrell, and Minnie Dodd.
