He was born on January 29, 1937 in Cullman County, AL to WA Thompson and Hattie Eddy Thompson. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 6-9Pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 2PM at Nichols Funeral Home. Burial will be at Blair Methodist Cemetery. Survived by: Sons – Mickey Thompson of Cullman and Shannon (Tammy) Thompson of North Carolina Daughter – Sherry (Keith) Thompson-Younts of North Carolina Brother - Obie Thompson of Sardis Grandchildren – Shanna King, Erika Thompson and Trey Thompson Great Grandchild – Abigail King Preceded in death by: Mother – Hattie Eddy Thompson Father – WA Thompson Brother – Lloyd Thompson Sister – Euine Smith
