T view the memorial tribute video click here.  VIEW VIDEO Elder H. Gaines, 86, of Hanceville passed away on February 4, 2007 in Cullman. He was born on October 13, 1920 in Winston County to W.T. Gaines and Omie Ellenberge Gaines. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 6-9PM at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday at 11AM at Nichols Funeral Home. Brother Robert Partridge and Brother Richard Briscoe will officiate. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Addison. Mr. Gaines had served as a Winston County Sheriff Deputy and an Addison Police Officer. Survived by: Son – Reedy (Judy) Gaines Daughter – Judy (Ray) Suro and Wilsa (Paul) Putman Step Daughter – Ann (W.F.)
