Visitation for Mrs. Ward will be Saturday 9-11 a.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Vera G. Ward,age 85 of Haleyville, AL passed away December 21, 2006 in Lakeland Community Hospital. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. December 23rd at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Haleyville. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. Survivors: 2 Sisters- Marie Cockrell of Texas and Betty Dickinson of Haleyville. 2 Grandchildren Preceded in death by husband, Charles E.
