Please click here to view video.  VIEW VIDEO   Mrs. Hulsey passed away December 9, 2006 at Marion Regional Medical Center in Hamilton, Alabama.  Visitation will be Monday December 11,2006 at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville where Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 11:00AM.  Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by her loving husband Russell Hulsey, Jr, a sister Gladys Western Tittle and a host of nieces and nephews.   Preceded in death by her parents Mr. and Mrs. W.J.
