John William Heath, Jr.

Visitation for Mr. Heath will be Friday, 6-9 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. John “Junior” William Heath, Jr., age 80 of Phil Campbell, passed away November 2, 2006 at Russellville Hospital. Mr. Heath was a U.S. Navy Veteran. Services will be held 2:00 p.m. November 4th at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Haleyville. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery. James Phillips and Vance Hutton officiating. Survivors: Wife-Doris Heath 1 Son-Sam W. Heath of Phil Campbell 1 Daughter-Linda H. Pate of Tallapoosa, GA. 2 Brothers-Lester Heath of Ohio and Roy Heath of Haleyville. 3 Sisters-Velma Edwards of Haleyville, Polly Mancusos of Florida and Faye of California. 4 Grandchildren 8 Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by his parents, John Sr. and Anna Lee Heath and two brothers, Leonard and Paul Heath.
