Carson "Sharman" Camp, Jr

Visitation for Mr. Camp will be Thursday 6-9 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs. Carson “Sharman” Camp, Jr., age 76, of Double Springs passed away October 11, 2006 in Russellville Hospital. Born February 23, 1930 in dekalb county, he was the son of Carson Sharman , Sr. and Grace Camp. Mr. Camp was a U.S. Army Veteran. Services will be 11:00 a.m. October 13th at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Double Springs. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Leon Grayhouse officiating. Survivors: 2 Brothers-Claude and Johnny Camp of Crossville, AL. 1 Sister-Bernice Bates of Albertville, AL. 5 Grandchildren 6 Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by his wife, Helen Camp and three brothers, Kenneth, Robert and James Camp.
