Myrtle Louise Baldwin Swims, age 96 of Russellville, AL., passed away October 2, 2006 in Burns Nursing Home. Visitation will be Wednesday, 6-9 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. October 5th at New Prospect Cemetery. Brother David Howell officiating. She was the daughter of the late Edward and Josie Baldwin. Survived by: 2 Sons-A.E. Swims of California and Larry Swims of Haleyville. 4 Daughters-Vera Cochran of Hackleburg, Claudette Ebel of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Ina Shelton of Moulton and Sharon Frederick of Florence. 27 Grandchildren 33 Great Grandchildren 20 Great Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by her husband, Claude Swims, daughters, France Dennis and Myran Dodd, sons, Charles, Gene and Doug Swims.
