Monteain Clark, age 84 of Haleyville, passed away September 13 , 2006 in Haleyville Health Care. Visitation for Mrs. Clark will be Friday at her residence starting at 5:00 p.m. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. September 16th at Ephesus Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the adjoining cemetery. Reverend Jeff Whitten and Willard Clark officiating. Survivors: 4 Sons-Elroy Clark of Jackson, TN., Russell, Benjamin and Charles Clark all of Haleyville. 4 Daughters-Mary Alice Garrison of Double Springs, Martha Riddle, Sharon Baccus and Nelda Edwards all of Haleyville. 1 Sister-Ruth White of Haleyville. 23 Grandchildren 30 Great Grandchildren 5 Great Great Grandchildren Preceded in death by her husband, Benny Clark, two sons, Edgar and Junior Clark, parents, J.W. and Alice Armstrong, three sisters, Buna Ballenger, Ethel Wallace and Caramel Beck, two brothers, Glover and Howell Armstrong.
