Walter Eugene Baccus

Visitation 1-3:00 p.m. at Nichols Funeral Home in Haleyville. Walter Eugene Baccus, Age 78, of Haleyville, passed away April 12, 2007 at Lakeland Community Hospital. Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. April 13, 2007 at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery. Dr. Ron Horton officiating. Survivors: Wife- Evelyn Mayhall Baccus 3 Brothers-William (Bill) Baccus, James Calvin Baccus and Eddie Baccus. 3 Sisters- Nellie and Ila Horton and Doris Baccus. Several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, John Garfield and Octomie Baccus, three brothers, Grady, Otis and Harley Baccus, two sisters, Mae Knox and Letha Baccus.
