Tom Jeff Frazier, 81 of Double Springs, passed away at his home surrounded by his family. Mr. Frazier was born on August 29, 1935 in Winston County, Alabama. He was a long time member of Double Springs First Baptist Church where he helped organize the Brotherhood Breakfast. He graduated Winston County High School in 1954 and owned the Tom Frazier and Sons service station in Double Springs for 40 years. Tom enjoyed raising cattle, gardening and especially talking with friends at the service station. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Double Springs, where services will be held at 2:00pm. Brother Bill Frank Wilson and Brother J.D. Snoddy will officiate. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Double Springs. He is survived by his sons, Mike Frazier and Greg (Karen) Frazier; brother, Jerry (Sheilah) Frazier; sister, Sherry (Dickie) Powell; he was Paw Paw to 6 grandchildren, Joshua ( Andrea) Frazier, Kristie Preston, Tiffany Frazier, Matthew Frazier, Gregory Frazier and James Frazier; 4 great grandchildren, Mia, Kira, Raylon and Reagan; and special friends, Beverly Cater and Greg with New Beacon Hospice. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Joyce Frazier; parents, Curtis and Myrtle Frazier; brother, Ted Frazier; and sister, Judy Frazier Doss.
