Tarrie Harbin Hyche, 75 of Addison, entered into rest on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Brookwood Medical Center, Birmingham. He was born on July 3, 1942 in Winston County, Alabama. Tarrie graduated from Winston County High School in 1961 and attended Mississippi State University. He was a member of Double Springs Methodist Church. Tarrie was a member of Addison Masonic Lodge. He was entered into the Winston County Sports Hall of Fame. Tarrie loved spending time with his family. He enjoyed bird and deer hunting, Smith Lake, cooking and trading in general, particularly horses. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 11-2:30pm at Nichols Funeral Home, Addison, where services will be at 2:30pm. Brother Bill Frank Wilson will officiate. Burial will be at Enmondfield Cemetery, Addison. Tarrie is survived by his wife of 54 years, Hilda Alexander Hyche; sons, Jeffery Hyche and wife Sherry, Jed Hyche; daughter, Shanda Hyche; sister, Sue Knowles; 4 grandchildren, Rutger (Kayla) Hyche, Kapsey (Heath) Lewis, Mary Kathryn Hyche, Tad Hyche; 2 great grandchildren, Westin Hyche and Hiedi Hyche. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Clarence and Florene Docia Hyche; and sister, Barbara McCullar.
